Nestled in the sweeping vistas of the Santa Susana Mountains less than an hour from LA on the grounds of Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Simi Valley, California. 3 days, 3 stages, speakers, gourmet “whole food" court, children's village , healing arts, yoga, dance, overnite camping, cutting edge technologies for living smarter and more! Artist and performers, body workers and inspirational speakers will entertain and engage the whole family in the arts of transformation, music for the soul and food for thought!
Musicians and artists in the seventies sang "there is a message in the music”, well fast forward to 2013 – the message is “Love & Joy !" John Lennon said it simply “ ALL WE NEED IS LOVE”.
More than an alternative music festival, RAJ 13 will bring together artist from Urban Contemporary, ROOTS, World Music, R&B Soul, Afro Funk , Spoken Word and Jazz genres…in a backdrop of leading edge speakers, gourmet local “whole food" trucks, sustainable products and vendors and nurturing healing arts.
